  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. How to Return an Item

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The time it takes for a refund to be issued will depend on the payment method used:
